On the Live Abundantly Podcast today, Jacquelene Hayes is speaking with Personal Trainer, Allison Jackson. I am so excited for you guys to hear from her! She’s going to share so many awesome health tips! These include, how to eat healthy, how to ACTUALLY eat healthy through the week as busy moms, how to work out, what kind of activity we need to be doing and more! Not only that, but she will be sharing exactly what she does with her clients. How amazing is that?
Allison has a business called Allison Jackson Fitness. This isn’t her full-time job, though! She still works full-time in corporate. She has always been involved in fitness – but over the last few years she has been pulled into having it as a business.
7 years ago she participated in her first figure competition and loved it – so she has started competing each year. As she’s been doing it, people have been asking her what she does to get in shape, what kind of workouts, what eating regimens. So, about 2 years ago she jumped in with both feet and started coaching people. She realized that combined your passion with your business fuels her every day and she loves what she does.
“I think that no matter what your goal is – whether it’s business, fitness, your career – a coach, accountability and having someone to guide you is huge.”
“Planning ahead is one of the key points of staying on track and making sure you’re getting those healthy meals in.”
“I pray everyday, but I feel like meditation takes that to a different level.”
