On the Live Abundantly Podcast today, Jacquelene Hayes is speaking with Megan Stratton and WOW! We have never talked about this topic on the Live Abundantly Podcast before… LinkedIn! I hope that you have a piece of paper, a pen, and you are ready to take notes! If you don’t, you are absolutely going to want to listen, then go back and listen again. I cannot tell you how fun Megan is! She brings so much to the table. She’s a mom, an entrepreneur and works a full time job on top of all of it all. I can’t wait for you all to tune in!
Megan is from Chattanooga, Tennessee. She has a “wild” almost three-year-old daughter named McCartney and she has been married to her husband Mark for almost 4 years. She also works full-time for a NBC station as a Digital Sales Manager doing all things digital. This year she has dipped her toes into entrepreneurship by launching her blog (meganstratton.com), started a podcast with her best friend called the Unshaken Podcast AND launched her first course and coaching program for LinkedIn! Whew!
“Every job I’ve had, I got from LinkedIn.”
“Make sure that your LinkedIn profile matches your resume or what you’re trying to do.”
“Find connections that make sense to you.”
“If you have a blog, or you have a podcast, or if you go live on Facebook, you should be repurposing your content.”
“Don’t feel like you can’t still be social on LinkedIn, because it’s still a social platform. Just be a little bit more strategic on what you’re posting and how you’re offering up that content.”
“I live abundantly by making sure that I’m trying to walk with Jesus and pretty much everything else flows out of that.”
